(209) 917-5363. We will email all tracking and shipping information. Otherwise we will take your merchandise to the shipper of your choice. You will be notified by email of the deliver. Your contact information will be given to the shippers and they will call you upon receipt of your merchandise. All large items requiring freight transportation is up to the buyer, arrangements must be made in 14 days of purchase.
Visa, Mastercard, Amex/Discover, Cash, Paypal or approved check with personal I.D. must be approved by the clerks. The clerks will also assist you with Bank Transfers and Cashier Checks. All out of state checks must be approved by Buster Hewlett. All purchases must be paid for in full before the removal of any item from the sales room. We allow no charge accounts. All funds will be accepted at our banks current exchange rate. Bad checks will be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law. The auction house may at its discretion hold property until funds have cleared.

Unless exempt by law the purchaser will be required to pay the sales tax. No Sales tax is charged to out of state bidders. Current rate California sales tax for Le Grand is 7.25% & 7.75% for Chowchilla.
